Butterfly Pea Tea - Arthi Amaran
Finally got to try the butterfly pea tea at Infinitea. It is a tea that’s made with dried Clitoria (butterfly pea) flowers. The tea has a bright indigo color. Stir in a few drops of lemon to see it magically turn deep purple.
