Cabinet passes death penalty for child rapists - Nukkad Talks

The Union cabinet will took up a concern on Saturday of two draft ordinances. The one which recommending the death penalty for the child rapist. The child raists who condemned of raping children below 12 years. Haryana and Madhya Pradesh also given the approval for the similar bill that seek death penalty.
