Indian general elections are one year away and there is news of one more party upcoming in Indian politics and it is coming with bang.
Fifty IIT alumni have quit their jobs to form a political party to fight for backward classes. Last week this news created most buzz, B.A.P is aiming to uplift backward classes and to fight for their respect. B.A.P party’s entire member belongs to SC, ST OBC community. All have left their white collar job and they are aiming 2020 Bihar state elections. According to B.A.P party official statement, the goal of the Bahujan Azad Party (BAP) isn't to defeat any particular "rival," but only to "uplift the marginalized."
