GMR Infrastructure Limited has informed Bombay Stock Exchange that its subsidiary GMR Airports Ltd has emerged as the highest bidder for the Development, Operations and Management of Greenfield International Airport at Bhogapuram, Andhra Pradesh (AP) on a PPP basis.
