The Android OS is the largest in the world, and it is not surprising that hackers will want to target them for a large payday. A lot of attacks have already been perpetrated – usually from the Play Store where malicious codes are installed in some of the apps. These codes will get activated when such apps are installed and could do anything the hacker wanted. The new threat to the Android OS, though, is not a fault of the Google Play Store. This time, hikers have found a way to install a new malware, dubbed ‘Triada,’ onto these units.
