Ironically Naive - Perspective Of Judging, Justice And Jurisprudence
There definitely is a need to have a broad minded review of our entire judicial system in theory and spirit.We need to redefine the ways and means.Merely having a Constitution and Judges to interpret it dosen't guarantee true justice in spirit. The judges while making decisions are susceptible to mistakes and worse they could be rationalizing and reasoning out their wrong interpretations.And further justifying that their interpretation is unbiased and free of their personal perspective.
