Chinese बनवण्यासाठी जी पूर्वतयारी लागते, पसारा होतो, Kichen आवरण्यात, भांडी घासण्यात जो वेळ जातो, त्यानंतर असं वाटतं की बाहेर जाऊन खाऊन आलं तरचं बरं. आणि हो सगळ्या भाज्या आणि Sauce वैगरे पदार्थांची जमवाजमव करण्यासाठी १ मार्केटची फेरीही वाचते. तुमचं या बद्धल काय मत आहे ते मला नक्की खाली Comment करून सांगा. (adsbygoogle = Window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); त्यातल्यात्यात Egg Fried Rice, Prawns Fried Rice बनवण्यासाठी कमी तयारी आणि खूपच कमी वेळ Gas समोर जातो. Chicken Chili ची Recipe या आधी मी दाखवली आहे. त्यात Chicken Deep Fry केलं होते. Mushroonm Chili ची Recipeही Post केली आहे. त्यात मी मशरूम Deep Fry किंवा Shallow Fry न करता वापरले आहेत. मशरूम Fried Rice चीही Recipe तुम्ही वाचू शकता. इथे पनीर चिल्ली(paneer Chili) बनवण्यासाठी मी पनीर Deep Fry केलेलं नाही. पहिल्यांदा मी ते Deep Fry करून वापरायचे, पण Gravy मध्ये टाकताच त्याचं वरचं Coating निघून जायचं. ह्या पद्धतीने तुम्ही एकदा करून बघा. मला नक्की सांगा तुम्हांला आवडलं की नाही. (adsbygoogle = Window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); साहित्य: पाव किलो पनीर चौकोनी १ इंचाचे तुकडे करून १ छोटा चमचा Corn Flour १०० Ml. पाण्यात घोळवून पनीर Marinate करण्यासाठी १ छोटा चमचा शेजवान Sauce अर्धा छोटा चमचा सोया Sauce अर्धा छोटा चमचा विनेगर पाव छोटा चमचा मीठ पाव छोटा चमचा काळीमिरी पावडर पाव छोटा चमचा चाट मसाला १ मोठा चमचा Corn Flour २ मोठे चमचे मैदा Gravy बनवण्यासाठी १ ढोबळी मिरची मोठ्या चौकोनी तुकड्यात कापून १ मोठा कांदा मोठ्या चौकोनी तुकड्यात कापून २ मोठे चमचे तेल १ मिरची मोठे तुकडे करून १ मोठा चमचा बारीक चिरलेली लसूण अर्धा छोटा चमचा बारीक चिरलेलं आलं ग्रेवीच्या चवीसाठी पाव छोटा चमचा मीठ पाव छोटा चमचा काळमीठ पाव छोटा चमचा काळीमिरी पावडर चिमुटभर साखर १ छोटा चमचा सोया Sauce अर्धा छोटा चमचा विनेगर १ छोटा चमचा लाल मिरची पेस्ट किंवा शेजवान Sauce पाव छोटा चमचा अजिनोमोटो (ऐच्छिक) कृती: एका भांड्यात ‘पनीर मुरवण्यासाठी’ दिलेलं सर्व साहित्य घ्यायचं. त्यात अगदी थोडं थोडं पाणी घालत सगळं मिक्स करून घेत घट्ट अशी पेस्ट तयार करायची. पनीरचे तुकडे घेऊन त्यावर ही पेस्ट ओतून घ्यायची. अतिशय हळुवारपणे प्रत्यक पनीरच्या तुकड्याला ही पेस्ट लावून घ्यायची. आता हे तुकडे Marinate करण्यासाठी बाजूला ठेवायचे. एका Non-stick Pan मध्ये २ चमचे तेल गरम करायला ठेवायचं. तेल गरम झाल्यावर त्यात हे पनीरचे तुकडे Shallow Fry करून घ्यायचे. (adsbygoogle = Window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); त्या सढळ हस्ते मैदा, साखर याचा वापर करायच्या. मला पण हे Buns बनवायला लागणारा Patience अजून प्राप्त झाला नाहीए. रात्रभर हे पीठ भीजवून, बाहेर ठेवल्यावर सकाळी खूप पातळ होते, आणि त्यात सकाळी पीठ वाढवले की त्यातला साखरेचा गोडवा कमी होतो. ह्यावर उपाय म्हणून मी ही झटपट Recipe तयार केली आहे. मैद्याऐवजी मी ह्यात गव्हाचे पीठ(wheat Flour) वापरले आहे आणि Buns जे आतून Texture असतं ते येण्यासाठी दही आणि खाण्याचा चिमुटभर सोडा वापरला आहे. अशाच झटपट पुऱ्या किंवा २-३ दिवस टिकणारे नाश्त्याचे पदार्थ बघायचे असतील तर खाली Click करा. (adsbygoogle = Window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); आम्ही आता खूपच जास्त जागरूक झालो आहोत. अत्यावश्यक गोष्टींसाठी सुद्धा घराबाहेर पडणं टाळत आहोत. अजूनपर्यंत आम्ही हा काढा नित्यनियमाने घेत आहोत. माझ्या नवऱ्याची कफ प्रकृती असून त्याला दम्याचा त्रास आहे त्यामुळे त्याला ह्या काढ्याने बराच आराम वाटतो. माझी पित्त प्रकृती असल्याने मी आठवड्यातून एकदाच हा काढा घेते. लहानपणी पावसाळा सुरु झाला की आई रोज ह्या काढ्याचा मारा आमच्यावर करत असे. कोणतेही कारण सांगून हा काढा न पिण्यापासून सुटका होत नसे. ती आमच्या बाजूला बसून थोडा थोडा बशीत ओतून गरम गरम प्यायला लावत असे. पण लहानपणी कधी मला ताप आलाय किंवा सर्दी झालीय अशी आठवण नाही. To Read This Recipe In English : Corn Cheese Spinach Sandwich Lockdown मध्ये ज्या गोष्टी सोप्प्या पद्धतीने उपलब्ध होतील त्याच वापरल्या आहेत. लसूण पावडर, Mozzarella Cheese अशा गोष्टी नसतील तर साधे Cube Cheese आणि लसूण पाकळ्या वापरल्या तरी चवीत फारसा फरक जाणवणार नाही. ह्या Sandwich साठी मी पालकाची पाने धुवून, सुकवून, बारीक चिरून घेतली आहेत. तुम्हीही अशीच सुकवून घ्या. पालकाची पाने फोडणीला घातल्यावर त्यांना खूप पाणी सुटते त्यामुळं आधीच पाने ओली असतील तर फिलिंग किंवा आपला भरण्याचा मसाला खूपच पातळ होईल आणि पाणी आटेपर्यंत शिजवलं तर पालक काळा पडेल. (adsbygoogle = Window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); आता काय वर्षातून कधीही बनवतो आपण. खास दिवाळी फराळ अशी काही खासियत राहिली नाही ह्या चिवड्याची. आता तर Diet Food म्हणून हा बाजारात मान उंच करून आहे. मलाही हा चिवडा थोडासा बारीक चिरलेला कांदा आणि लिंबू पिळून आवडतो. तसा माझा Favourite आहे तळलेल्या पोह्यांचा चिवडा किंवा लसूण चिवडा. हा चिवडा करताना पोहे २ ते ३ तास उन्हांत वाळवून घेतले की ते फोडणीला घातल्यावर आळत नाहीत. ही एक महत्वाची Tip आचरणात आणली की मस्त कुरकुरीत, कमी तेलात हा चिवडा तयार होतो. (adsbygoogle = Window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); असंच एका दिवशी मी रात्री तांदूळ भिजत ठेवले आणि अचानक माझी बहिण रात्री माझ्याकडे राहिला आली. आम्हाला गप्पांच्या नादात मध्यरात्र उलटून गेल्याचे कळलेही नाही. सकाळी उठून मी जाहीर केलं की आज मी नाश्त्याला रस-घावन बनवणार आहे. तांदूळ वाटायला घेतल्यावर लक्षात आलं की हे ३ जणांसाठी पुरेसे पीठ होणारं नाही. मग विचार केला की थोडं तांदुळाच पीठ घालावं वाटताना, पण तेही संपलेलं होत. फ्रीजमध्ये वाटीभर उरलेला भात होता. तोचं वाटला तांदुळासोबत आणि काय नवीन शोध लागला म्हणून सांगू……मस्त जाळीदार, लुसलुशीत, पांढरे शुभ्र घावन. त्या आधी घावन बनवताना चांगली जाळी पडत नसे आणि खूप पातळ केले तर त्याला छोट्या-छोट्या चीरा जात असत, पण जर चांगला जुना तांदूळ घेतला आणि थोड्याश्या शिजलेल्या थंड भातासोबत वाटला तर Result म्हणजे अप्रतीम अशा Texture चे घावन तय्यार. तुम्हीही जरूर हे Try करून बघा. आता तर घावन बनवायचे असतील तेव्हा Special थोडा भात जास्त करून रात्री फीजमध्ये ठेवते किंवा रात्री भात उरला तर दुसऱ्या दिवशी घावनाचा बेत करते. (adsbygoogle = Window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); घावनासोबत रस बनवायचा असेल तर मी नारळाचं दुध जे Readymade मिळते ते वापरते. ह्या मुळे वेळ वाचतो आणि सकाळच्या वेळी नारळ फोडणे, तो खरवडणे, खोबरं वाटणे, त्याचे दुध काढणे या सगळ्या कटकटीपासून सुटका होते. तयार नारळाच्या दुधात, गायीचं दूध, चिमुटभर जायफळ पावडर आणि चवीनुसार गुळ घालून मंद Gas वर गुळ वितळेपर्यंत गरम करते. मला Kara कंपनीचं दूध वापरायला आवडते. साहित्य: २५० ग्राम जुने तांदूळ १ मोठी वाटी शिजलेला थंड भात चवीपुरता मीठ २ चमचे तेल तव्याला लावण्यासाठी कृती: तांदूळ २ ते ३ पाण्यातून धुवून कमीतकमी ४ तासांसाठी पाण्यात भिजत ठेवायचे. Mixer च्या मोठ्या भांड्यात पाण्यातून उपसून हे तांदूळ घ्यायचे. त्यात शिजलेला भात घालून अगदी थोडं पाणी घालून बारीक वाटून घ्यायचं. हे वाटलेलं तांदुळाचे मिश्रण एका मोठ्या वाडग्यात घेऊन त्यात चवीपुरता मीठ घालायचं. आता पुरेसं पाणी घालून हे पीठ पातळ करून घ्यायचं. बिडाचा तवा गरम करायला ठेवायचा. तव्याला थोडंस तेल लावून सुती फडक्याने पुसून घ्यायचं. प्रत्येक वेळी घावन घालताना पीठ एकदा तळापासून नीट ढवळून घ्यायचं. आता मोठा Gas ठेऊनच तव्यावर घावन पसरून घ्यायचं. १० ते १५ सेकन्दांसाठी झाकण ठेवायचं.
