I had a soul-satiating lunch today ^_^ and the star attraction was this -- Rohi Macha Tarkari or Rohu Fish Curry made the Odia way, The Wednesdays and the Sundays are designated as non-vegetarian days -- it's almost an undeclared rule in an Odia family, We had steamed rice and rohu fish curry for lunch, Even the recent incident (of some samples of pomfret fish having been found containing formalin - a cancer causing harmful chemical) couldn't deter us from trying out Rohi macha today
