Bannerghatta National Park located 22km away from the Bangalore. It was founded in 1970 and declared as a national park in 1974. It is the popular tourist destination in the city. It includes a zoo, a pet corner, an animal rescue center, a butterfly enclosure, an aquarium, a snake house and a safari park. It is a perfect tourist trekking destination for the Bangaloreans. The park also offers a 6km safari for the tourist.
