Happy weekend everyone! Hope you’ve been having a lovely weekend so far. Winter has well and truly hit us Down Under but it’s been a lovely day today. I’m not sure if you noticed but there was no weekly gratitude post last week; that’s because I was away on a short holiday. In a way, this is a fortnightly gratitude list as I look back on all the things I’m grateful for from 20th May 2018 till 2nd June 2018. Wonderful people in my life who validate and reassure my irrational anxieties Taking on some new clients at work and having good sessions with them Hitting some personal bests while strength training Going away on a road trip Camping a couple of nights on the road trip Sharing special moments with a certain someone on the road trip – watching the sunrise, sharing wine on the beach by moonlight, waking up to the sound of the waves, trying amazing and not-so-amazing coffees, eating great food, swimming or surfing, listening to good music, going on hikes, go-karting The opportunity to visit Byron Bay – I so need to go back!
