A relaxing Sunday spent at the beach, the couch and then the movies Cooking together Wonderful friends like NG and KP A good supervision session with my supervisor Mid-week catch up over dinner with a friend Not sticking to plans and having a good time anyway Reading some good poetry Wintry sunshine Sleep-ins till 7 am during the week FaceTiming my sister It’s not been an easy week for my anxiety but I’m trying to focus on all things to be grateful for.
